Lamine Yamal is currently dealing with health concerns that have already caused him to miss several matches for FC Barcelona. According to the report from Culemania, the situation might be more serious than initially anticipated. A doctor from the Spanish federation has suggested that the youngster may need to sit out for as long as a month.

The 18-year-old has been struggling with pain in the pubic area ever since returning from duty with the Spanish national team. This injury has already ruled him out of the Champions League clash against Newcastle and multiple La Liga fixtures. Initially, a mid-September return was expected, but the outlook has since become increasingly uncertain.

Victor Lainez, the physician quoted by Culemania, emphasised that injuries of this kind require adequate time to heal, warning that an early return could worsen the condition.

As a result, Yamal is also expected to miss upcoming games against Getafe and Real Oviedo. Additionally, his participation in matches against Real Sociedad, PSG, and Sevilla remains highly doubtful.

Barcelona is unwilling to compromise the health of their rising star. That said, the club is hopeful that the teenager will fully recover in time for the crucial Champions League showdown against Paris Saint-Germain. Supporters of the Catalan giants may need to brace themselves for a longer absence of their talented prodigy.
