Igor Tudor took over Juventus during a challenging period, with a clear objective – to restore stability and achieve the primary goal of qualifying for the Champions League. Currently, the Italian media highlight three potential outcomes for the Croatian coach, each representing a vastly different future for both him and the club.

The first and most optimistic scenario envisions Tudor’s complete success. Under his guidance, Juventus would secure a spot in the next edition of the Champions League and perform well in the Club World Cup.

This scenario would solidify Tudor’s position, impressing the club’s management with both successful results and an attractive style of play. Retaining Tudor would become almost a certainty for Juventus in this case.

The second possibility involves Tudor meeting his objectives but failing to convince club officials to keep him as the head coach. In such a scenario, Juventus might look to hire a more experienced or accomplished manager.

Italian media are already speculating that prime candidates could include Antonio Conte, who is well-versed in the club’s environment, or Gian Piero Gasperini, known for his exciting and effective football.

Consideration is also being given to Stefano Pioli and Roberto Mancini. In such a scenario, even with Tudor performing commendably, he would have to part ways with the team with a sense of accomplishment.

The least favorable outcome for Tudor is also the most challenging for Juventus. Should the club fail to qualify for next year’s Champions League, the management would be left with no choice but to replace the coach.

For the Old Lady, missing out on advancement would entail significant economic and reputational repercussions, compelling the club to undertake a comprehensive overhaul of the sports division. Tudor would then have to leave Turin, and Juventus would seek a manager capable of an immediate return to the top.
