Richarlison made the move from Everton to Tottenham Hotspur in 2022 for a significant fee of nearly €60 million. The Brazilian striker had his best spell with the Spurs during the 2023/24 season, netting 11 goals in the Premier League.

Now 28 years old, Richarlison often finds himself on the bench under manager Thomas Frank but still manages to make a meaningful impact when called upon. This season, Richarlison has contributed three goals and two assists to his team’s efforts.

According to journalist Ekrem Konur, Richarlison is open to leaving Tottenham should a suitable offer come in. Among the potential suitors is his former team, Everton, which is reportedly considering bringing the forward back to Goodison Park.

A sale of Richarlison could present a chance for Tottenham to bolster their attack. The squad is still in need of a consistent goalscorer, especially with Dominic Solanke sidelined by injury. Strikingly, even Dutch defender Micky van de Ven has matched Richarlison’s current Premier League goal tally.

In addition to Everton, the Brazilian forward has also reportedly caught the attention of clubs in Saudi Arabia, as well as Orlando City and Flamengo. For Tottenham, 2024 might become the final window to recoup a significant portion of their investment in him. Richarlison’s contract with Spurs runs until the summer of 2027.
