Group F Predictions, betting on a tough group

This is probably the most difficult group to predict. While Belgium seem to be in a slightly stronger position, Croatia, Morocco and Canada will do everything to try to finish in the top two.

The Red Devils remain the favourites, but watch out for the last edition’s runner-up, Croatia, who has more than one trick up their sleeve. Hakimi’s Morocco should not be underestimated either, while Canada will have nothing to lose. Check here our Group F Predictions.

2022 World Cup Group F Favourites and Outsiders

Both European nations look in a good position to finish on top. Belgium, the last edition’s semi-finalists, will want to do better than in 2018 and Croatia, a valiant team that remains on a final, will seek to give a hard time to the Belgians for the first place.

Behind them, we must be careful not to underestimate the Moroccan team. This is a solid squad that will not be an easy opponent. Morocco, which were not helped by the referees in 2018 with Portugal and Spain, did not perform poorly and will seek to evaluate their progress. Canada will also be defending their chances.

Group F Predictions Favourites

  • Belgium: The Red Devils have the most complete squad and are likely to get the first place. However, they will have to be careful not to fall into the Croatian and Moroccan trap.
  • Croatia: They are a very experienced team led by Luka Modric, present for what will be most likely his last World Cup. The nation with the chequered flag is a serious candidate for the first place. Croatia has the level to compete with Belgium.

Group F Outsiders

  • Morocco: Even without Ziyech, the Moroccans are a tough nation to play against. They are sure to give all their opponents in the group phase a hard time.
  • Canada: They are an improving country, and although they are not the favourites, it is likely that Jonathan David’s teammates will give many people a hard time in this competition.
