Arsenal is showing no signs of slowing down in the transfer market. Following the arrivals of Martin Zubimendi from Real Sociedad, Viktor Gyokeres from Sporting Lisbon, and Noni Madueke from Chelsea, the Gunners are preparing for yet another high-profile move. Mikel Arteta has now set his sights on Eberechi Eze, an attacking midfielder from Crystal Palace, whose performances in the Premier League have been consistently impressive over the years.

According to reports from “CaughtOffside,” Arsenal has already submitted an initial offer for the 27-year-old England international. The proposal includes 30 million pounds upfront, with an additional 38 million pounds to be paid in instalments over the next two years. This amount matches the buyout clause in Eze’s contract, which is set at 68 million pounds.

Additionally, Arsenal is considering including Reiss Nelson as part of the deal. The winger would join Crystal Palace in exchange, which could accelerate the completion of the transfer and potentially persuade the Eagles to agree more swiftly.

Eberechi Eze has enjoyed a stellar campaign. Representing Crystal Palace, he netted 14 goals and provided 11 assists. His remarkable contributions were instrumental in Palace’s unexpected success in the FA Cup, where they secured an extraordinary victory against Manchester City in the final.

While Arsenal is leading the race to sign Eze, competition remains fierce. Bayern Munich, Liverpool, and Manchester United are also said to have expressed interest in the midfielder. However, the Gunners currently appear to be in the most advanced position to finalise one of the standout transfers of this window.
