Casemiro, during his years with Real Madrid, shared the locker room with numerous high-profile players. The Brazilian midfielder played alongside stars such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Luka Modric, Karim Benzema, and Gareth Bale.
Recently, he named the player he considers the most complete. In the “Rio Ferdinand Presents” show, the Manchester United player expressed special admiration for Bale.
While Casemiro acknowledged that Cristiano Ronaldo excelled in terms of goal scoring and shaping the game’s outcome, he emphasized that the Welshman possessed a broader set of skills.
“Cristiano is the best. Cristiano is the best. But for me, Bale is the most complete. He attacks, defends, scores headers, takes free kicks. He does everything very well, and he’s exceptionally fast and strong,” said Casemiro.
During his time at Real Madrid, Bale’s position within the team was often complex. On one hand, he won the Champions League five times with the club and scored 106 goals across all competitions. On the other hand, he frequently faced criticism from Spanish media and sections of the fanbase.
However, Casemiro remains unwavering in his opinion that the former Welsh international was a truly extraordinary player.“To me, Bale is an incredible footballer. An incredible footballer,” the Brazilian added.
