Wesley has been delivering an outstanding performance this season. The right-back of Roma has established himself as one of the top wing-backs in Serie A, naturally drawing significant attention in the transfer market.

The Roman club may face a major challenge in retaining their player for much longer, as an increasing number of high-profile European clubs are eyeing the 22-year-old Brazilian. His dynamic style of play, exceptional in both offensive and defensive aspects, has earned him consistently glowing reviews.

Among those expressing interest in Wesley is Arsenal. This information was shared on social media by Ekrem Konur. The London-based giant is actively seeking reinforcements for their full-back positions and has identified the Roma defender as a potential target.

However, securing his signature won’t be a straightforward task, as competition for the player’s services is fierce. Other top clubs keeping tabs on the Brazilian wing-back include Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur, and Newcastle United.

The six-time Brazil international has been part of the Giallorossi squad since July 2025, when he transferred to Stadio Olimpico from Flamengo in a deal worth 25 million euros.

This season, he has featured in 38 matches, netting five goals and providing two assists, cementing his role as a vital player in the Roma lineup. Currently, the market value of the player is estimated to be around 60 million euros, with his contract tying him to Roma until June 30, 2030.
