Mohamed Salah might part ways with Liverpool as early as the upcoming winter transfer window. The relationship between the 33-year-old winger and Arne Slot has significantly deteriorated, making a future collaboration between the two increasingly difficult to envision.

Tensions have escalated further following recent comments from Salah, where he expressed disappointment with the club, hinting that promises made before the renewal of his contract were not fulfilled. The Egyptian has not been a key figure for The Reds in recent weeks, even being left out of the matchday squad in their previous game.

Should Salah decide to move on, it’s unlikely he would struggle to find suitors. Current speculation strongly suggests that the Egyptian national team captain could step away from European football.

According to the radio station “talkSPORT,” three clubs from Saudi Arabia, namely Al-Hilal, NEOM SC, and Al-Qadsiah, have shown serious interest in the 33-year-old. Each of these teams could offer him great wages and the status of being one of the league’s marquee players, making a transfer to the Saudi Pro League a very realistic possibility.

Mohamed Salah, who is also being monitored by MLS side San Diego FC, has been playing for Liverpool since July 2017, after transferring from Roma for over 40 million euros. This season, he has featured in 19 matches, scoring five goals and providing three assists.

His current market value stands at 30 million euros, with his contract running until June 30, 2027. The growing signs suggest that the future of the striker might be decided in the coming weeks.
