Manchester United continues its quest to address the offensive struggles from the previous season. According to “La Gazzetta dello Sport,” the Red Devils are contemplating the acquisition of Moise Kean from Fiorentina. The striker, who has previously played for Everton and Paris Saint-Germain, has rejuvenated his career while playing at Stadio Artemio Franchi.

During the 2024/25 season, Moise Kean netted 25 goals and contributed three assists across all competitions. His contract includes a release clause set at 52 million euros, but this clause is only active from July 1st to July 15th. After this window, Fiorentina would not be obligated to accept any bids. If the Red Devils are keen on securing the signature of the Italian international, who boasts 21 caps, they’ll need to act swiftly.

Ruben Amorim’s primary target remains Hugo Ekitike from Eintracht Frankfurt. However, with multiple European giants also vying for the Frenchman’s signature, Manchester United might need to consider an alternative option. Moise Kean has previously featured in the Premier League with Everton but managed only two goals and two assists across 32 appearances. Now, the Italian forward appears to be a more polished and well-rounded player, potentially ready to prove his worth on English soil.
