Another mythical encounter? The only time these two teams have met was in the 2010 quarter-finals, when Uruguay won 1-1, (PK 4-2), in a match marked by Suarez’s handball in extra time to stop a goal. Gyan missed his penalty before La Celeste won on penalty shoot-out.

This is the least likely option for us. Uruguay seem to be coming to the end of an era with many of their players being 35 years old or more (Muslera, Godin, Cavani, Suarez) and this World Cup in Qatar could be the competition of the year for this generation.
